WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

It is our goal that your JIDEKA order fits perfectly. Please refer to the fit detail under item description when selecting your size on each product page and also to the sizing chart. If you prefer a fit different than portrayed on the model or have a question about a particular style, send your measurements to support@jidekaofficial.com and we’ll help you find the right size.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Once we have received your order, it can take 3 – 7 working days to reach you. We will keep you updated as much as possible and send you a tracking number. If there are any problems, don’t hesitate to contact our support team support@jidekaofficial.com.

 

I PLACED AN ORDER, WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Customers will receive an order confirmation as soon as their order has been processed. If you have paid for your order via EFT the processing takes a little longer. If you have not received an email confirmation check your junk/spam folder. If the confirmation email is still missing it is possible we might have the wrong address, email us at support@jidekaofficial.com so that we can find your confirmation and forward it to the correct address.

 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES?

You can only exchange JIDEKA items bought on this site and not from any other retailer that stock JIDEKA. All return and exchange requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving the item in order for a return request to be processed. All items MUST be returned new, unworn, in their original condition, with all garment tags attached and original packaging before any returns or exchanges can be made. Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. Email support@jidekaofficial.com to request a return or exchange. Only after you receive your return approval notification via email, you may then mail or ship your package. Items must be mailed within 48 hours of receiving your return notification email. You will receive email notification once your return has been received and processed. All sale merchandise is considered FINAL SALE and there for is not returnable.

 

DO YOU HAVE A STORE?

No we don't have a brick and mortar store but you can make purchases anytime, anywhere from our safe and easy online store. However, we do have a studio in Johannesburg, South Africa. Studio times are 9am-4pm, Monday to Friday and by appointment only. We would love to spread happiness and help you make the best purchase, so mail us at support@jidekaofficial.com to book an appointment. 

 

CAN YOU CUSTOMISE A GARMENT FOR ME?

We would be pleased to help you create your outfit, so please send us a mail at support@jidekaofficial.com to book an appointment.

 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

Yes we do! Each order is neatly wrapped before it is dispatched. If you want to place an order for a gift, we can arrange to send the parcel directly to the recipient’s address and include a customised message inside. Feel free to contact us, we will be happy to help.

 

WILL YOU RE-STOCK ITEMS THAT ARE CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK?

Unfortunately we won't re-stock items that are sold out, as our products are locally made in Johannesburg and we source around us. However if a certain style does very well and the original fabric is discontinued, those styles will be restocked in new fabrics. Essentially some styles may be restocked, if you would like us to send you these updates, sign up for our newsletter here (insert link). If there is a particular garment you would like to enquire about, please contact our support team.

 

DO YOU PLAN ON STOCKING MENSWEAR?

Yes, we are working on introducing menswear in the future.
